Mandi White, Program Coordinator (mandi@familyandyouthinitiatives.org)

I have been the Women's Network coordinator since August of 2007. Prior to that, I was the director of the Springfield Network and did some volunteer work at the New Carlisle network. I really enjoy what I do and consider it a ministry more than a job. It is very rewarding to see the clients grow into wonderful parents as we build relationships with them. I currently live in New Carlisle with George, my husband of 14 years, my 12 year old daughter, Bailey and my 9 year old son, Hunter. We enjoy spending time with our extended families and friends and are very active with our church family.

Anna Gros, Director of Fairborn Women's Network (annag@familyandyouthinitiatives.org)
I have been an adviser at the Fairborn Women Network since it opened in 1990. I became the director of the Fairborn Center about five year ago. I have been blessed by God and the many people I have met at the center thought out the years. My wonderful husband, Percy and I have been married for 44 years and have six grown children and nine grandchildren. We use the “Earn While You Learn Program” at the center. It is a wealth of information that that Percy & I would have enjoyed having when we were raising our children.

Mechelle Allen, Director of Springfield & New Carlisle Women's Network
(mechelle@familyandyouthinitiatives.org)

I have been with the Women's Network since July of 2000.  I started out as a volunteer and am now the Director of the Springfield and New Carlisle Women's Network.  It is definitely what I was meant to do.  I love meeting all the new clients that come to us for help.  I enjoy working with them and helping them learn about their pregnancy and how to take care of their newborns.  I cannot imagine working anywhere else because this is what I love to do.  I graduated from Clark State Community College with an Associates Degree where I studied Psychology and Spanish.  I am currently enrolled at the University of Phoenix to finish my Psychology Degree.  I am married to a wonderful man named Jamey.  We have been together for 22 years and amazingly are still very much in love.  We have three children ages 12, 15, and 17.  They are a handful but life would not be the same without them.
