Pat Banaszak, Executive Director (pat@familyandyouthinitiatives.org)
I am the Executive Director for Family & Youth Initiatives.  I have been involved with Tri County Right To Life since 1973 and helped begin both the Women's Network and Real Life.  My love is the youth of our society and making sure they realize they can make choices for responsible living and clean lifestyles.  Although I have a Master's in Counseling and love to work with clients, my most important calling in life is to be wife to David and mother to 5 grown children.  The love of my life is my granddaughter, Alexis.

sandy kenney
Sandy Kenney, Receptionist & Q-Base Specialist (sandy@familyandyouthinitiatives.org)
As the receptionist, it is my pleasure to welcome you when you call or come in to see us.  I also send the thank you notes to donors.  I keep the computer checkbook and Q-Base updated.  It is my joy to work with FYI three times a week in whatever capacity needed.  I started with FYI in September 2008 helping to get Q-Base set up.  I am the mother of two great adults and I have four grandsons.  My oldest grandson goes to Cincinnati Christian University, he wants to be a minister.  The youngest is eight years old and I live with him and his mom.  One of my middle grandchildren loves soccer and is very good at it, the other is very artistic.  I can't wait to see what they do with their lives,  I know it will be something wonderful.  My passion is working with those who need a hand up and FYI gives me that opportunity.

paula

Paula Mabelitini, Fiscal Manager (paula@familyandyouthinitiatives.org)
I am the Fiscal Agent of Family & Youth Initiatives.  I have been married for 16 years and have three children.  I attended Lincoln Memorial University, majoring in Biology and have held many management positions in my career.  I enjoy spending time with my kids and camping and have been instrumental in the planning of our community garden.

judy yarwick
Judy Yarwick, Public Relations Coordinator (judy@familyandyouthinitiatives.org)
In May of 2005 I retired from the City of Springfield Finance Department where I was employed for 25 years. I took a year off, then decided I wanted to be involved in something worthwhile and constructive to utilize my newly found “spare time.” I needed something that would challenge my mind and keep my office skills up-to-date. I have been interested in the work of Family & Youth Initiatives for many years, but the youth abstinence programs were the motivation for me to request becoming part of FYI. I have been working as an Public Relations Coordinator for two years and have found the experience to be every bit as rewarding as I thought it would be. I enjoy the interaction with the teachers and staff. Their youth and enthusiasm is contagious. My husband Harry is twice retired, once from the Air Force and most recently from Civil Service. We have been married 43 years. Our children have grown up in the area, married and blessed us with five beautiful grandchildren.
