Drew Glass, NFL Facilitator (drew@familyandyouthinitiatives.org)
I help coordinate the Fatherhood Program here at Family and Youth Initiatives. I am new to Family and Youth Initiatives, but am excited to get to work with men who are about to become fathers for the first time, or even those who have a little experience in the fatherhood arena. Before joining the Air Force, I received a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University in International Law. I have a Master’s Degree in Human Services from Liberty University and love spending time serving others. I have been married for more than 10 years to my wonderful wife and we have three amazing children (Carter – 6, Kallie – 4, Ethan – 16 months).

James Cavanaugh, NFL Facilitator (james@familyandyouthinitiatives.org)
I have been a member of Mary, Help of Christians since 1986. Since joining the parrish, my family and I have been involved with many of the programs associated with the church. My wife Linda and two daughters Jacqueline (24) and Sarah (21) have undergone most of our religious lives there. Professionally, I am a commercial electrician and a very part time photographer. At the church, I have participated in the ushers, choir, Marriage Encounter Group, Charismatic Movement, Stephen Ministers, and the Knights of Columbus just to name a few. I look forward to working with Family and Youth Initiatives and am actually honored to help such a good cause.

Richard Spangler, NFL Facilitator (richard@familyandyouthinitiatives.org)
My name is Richard Spangler. My connection to the Fatherhood Program at Family & Youth Initiatives developed from over two decades of family experiences and participation in many successful community programs such as Nurturing Fathers for Life. I am the father of two children, Hannah 22 yrs. old and Zoe 20 yrs. old. My wife Joyce and I have been married for 28 years. Being a father and husband has always been a work in progress and an experience that I love. When I listen to the other fathers in the program I ask myself, before I speak, " Is this helpful?" By what I say, am I being helpful to this father's efforts to develop a stronger and healthier bond with his children and his wife? You can find out more about me on Linked In: www.linkedin.com/in/richardspangler.
